Although the Communications Act of 1934)[8] regarding it being illegal to operate, manufacture, import, or offer for sale, including advertising, devices interfering with phone use (with fines of up to $ 11,000 and imprisonment of up to one year), I'm not clear on current interpretations of this, when it comes to cell phone use.
How do I prove that it is unconstitutional to outlaw cell phone jammers in schools?
